Terms of service

Accounts are opened on an individual basis and are personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your login. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to hold an account.

Funding may be made by crypto wallet transfer, card payment or bank transfer using the destinations published inside your wallet. Funds are credited to your balance once the transfer has been received and confirmed. Sending to an address not published on the desk is at your own risk.

Each plan publishes its minimum, its return rate and its term before you commit. Once placed, capital is held for the stated term and the payout is credited to your balance at maturity. Plan terms are not varied retrospectively.

Mining allocations accrue units of the selected asset at the rate shown on your rig. Withdrawing mined units incurs a network gas fee, stated in full before you confirm, which is deducted from your cash balance.

Withdrawals are paid only to accounts you have saved yourself. Requests are reviewed before settlement. We may delay or decline a request where we are required to make further checks.

You may not use the desk for money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or on behalf of another person without disclosure. Accounts found in breach may be suspended.

Investing carries risk. We are not liable for loss arising from market movement, from transfers sent to incorrect addresses, or from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

New members who complete the guided tour receive a one-off $20 credit to their cash balance. One bonus per member and per household. The credit may be invested, mined with or withdrawn once it forms part of a settled balance.

The mining bot is an optional 30-day subscription priced at $890.70, charged to your cash balance when activated or manually renewed. While active and unpaused, it applies up to a 5× accrual multiplier compared with regular manual mining on your active rigs. The subscription does not renew automatically and does not guarantee any particular level of earnings.

Reviews and withdrawal activity shown in the app are published for illustration of typical member outcomes. They are not a forecast, a promise, or a representation of the returns any individual member will achieve.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to the email address on your account before they take effect.
