Privacy policy

We collect the details you give us when you open an account — your name, email address and the payout accounts you choose to save — along with a record of the transactions you make on the desk. We do not collect card numbers, wallet private keys or seed phrases, and we will never ask you for them.

Connections to CMC MARKET are encrypted in transit. Credentials are stored only as irreversible hashes. Access to production systems is restricted, logged and reviewed, and account records are segregated so that your information is not commingled with other members'.

Your information is used to operate your account: to credit funding, place investments, calculate accrual, process withdrawals, and provide client care. We do not sell member data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable financial record-keeping rules. Account details are retained while your account is open and for a limited period afterwards.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion where we are not required to retain it. Write to cmcmarket.globalfx@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
